Shipping and Delivery
We will always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible! Our standard delivery times are 3 - 5 days on all orders. Delivery times vary and depend on the address we are delivering the order to. We only deliver within South Africa.

Click and Collect
We offer Click & Collect across all of our LEGO Certified Store locations! Please note that our online store reflects live stock availability across all of our physical stores individually. This means that stock at one store may not be available at another. Click & Collect orders are typically ready within 2 – 4 business days.
Click and Collect orders must be picked up in person within 14 days, and won’t be shipped.

Delivery Costs
Delivery is FREE on all online orders, with no minimum purchase.
Order Cancellations
You’ll be able to cancel your order up until the time it has a courier tracking number and is marked as “Pending Collection” status.
Returns/Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order for a credit or refund. These items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, undamaged and unused. You may incur a cost to courier the product back to us.
