Our Shipping & Delivery
You have the option of delivering your order to the address of your choice; or collecting your order in your closest LEGO Certified Store!
We will always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible! Our standard delivery times are 2 - 5 days on all orders. We only deliver within South Africa.
Delivery Costs
Delivery is FREE on all online orders! There is NO minimum order value!
The LEGO Certified Store reserves the right to terminate or modify this shipping arrangement at any time without advance notice.
Delivery Time
We want you to have your purchase as quickly as possible and endeavour to ship as fast as we can. We estimate that orders should take 2 - 5 days to reach you under regular conditions. However, it is difficult to guarantee exact delivery times.
During peak times such as Black Friday and Christmas, this may be a little longer so please be patient! Couriers are often under strain over these peak times.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way, and at this point you will be able to track your order here.
For any pre-orders and back-orders, please note that these will be sent out as soon as the stock arrives. If you've ordered a mixture of pre-ordered items and in-stock items, please note that your full order will be sent once we have all the stock.
