Our Shipping & Delivery
You have the option of delivering your order to the address of your choice; or collecting your order in your closest LEGO Certified Store!
We will always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible! Our standard delivery times are 2 - 5 business days on all orders. We only deliver within South Africa.
Delivery Costs
Delivery is FREE on all online orders! There is NO minimum order value!
The LEGO Certified Store reserves the right to terminate or modify this shipping arrangement at any time without advance notice.
Delivery Time
We want you to have your purchase as quickly as possible and endeavour to ship as fast as we can. We estimate that orders should take 2 - 5 business days to reach you under regular conditions. However, it is difficult to guarantee exact delivery times.
During peak times such as Black Friday and Christmas, this may be a little longer so please be patient! Couriers are often under strain over these peak times.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way, and at this point you will be able to track your order here.
For any pre-orders and back-orders, please note that these will be sent out as soon as the stock arrives. If you've ordered a mixture of pre-ordered items and in-stock items, please note that your full order will be sent once we have all the stock.

Click & Collect
We offer Click & Collect across all of our LEGO Certified Store locations! Simply add your items to your cart and select your preferred store at checkout, and we'll have your order ready and waiting for you.
Please note that our online store reflects live stock availability across all of our physical stores individually. This means that stock at one store may not be available at another. When placing a Click & Collect order, it's important to select the correct store location at checkout, as each order is fulfilled directly by that specific store.
Click & Collect orders are typically ready within 2 – 4 business days. Once your order is ready for collection, you'll receive an automated email notification, so keep an eye on your inbox! If you haven't heard from us within this timeframe, feel free to reach out to us at orders@thebrick.co.za.
If an item is showing as unavailable at your preferred store or for delivery, please note that we are unable to facilitate store-to-store transfers. We'd recommend checking back regularly as stock levels are updated in real time, or contacting us at orders@thebrick.co.za and we'll do our best to help!

Do you deliver outside of South Africa?
Unfortunately, we only deliver within South Africa at this time. If you are based outside of South Africa.
How much does delivery cost?

How long will my order take to arrive?

My order hasn't arrived within 5 business days — what do I do?
Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at orders@thebrick.co.za and we will look into this for you. That said, our packing team keeps a close eye on all orders, so in most cases we will have already picked up on any delays and will be in touch with you!
Will there be delays during peak periods like Black Friday and Christmas?
During peak periods, orders may take an extra business day or two to reach you depending on your location, as couriers are often under strain at these times. Rest assured that we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order here.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
Pre-orders and back-orders will be shipped as soon as the stock arrives with us. We will notify you once your order is on its way.
I ordered in-stock and pre-order items together — will they ship separately?
No. If your order contains a mixture of in-stock and pre-ordered items, your full order will be dispatched together once all the stock is available. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we'd recommend placing them as a separate order.
How do I know when my Click & Collect order is ready?
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an automated email notification. Click & Collect orders are typically ready within 2 – 4 business days. If you haven't received a notification within this timeframe, please contact us at orders@thebrick.co.za.
How long will you hold my Click & Collect order?
We will hold your Click & Collect order for 14 days from the date you receive your collection notification. If your order is not collected within this period, it will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.
Can I collect my order from a different store to the one I selected?
Unfortunately not. Each Click & Collect order is fulfilled directly by the store you selected at checkout, and we are unable to facilitate transfers between stores. Please make sure you select the correct store when placing your order. If you have selected the wrong store, please contact us at orders@thebrick.co.za as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
What happens if I can't collect my Click & Collect order?
If you are unable to collect your order, please notify us as soon as possible at orders@thebrick.co.za. We will process a full refund to your original method of payment. Please see our Refunds and Exchanges Policy for full details on how refunds are handled.
What is your returns policy?
You may return most products in their new, unopened, undamaged and unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Please see our full Refunds and Exchanges Policy for everything you need to know.
