The purpose of the Brick Rewards Program is to provide members of the program with certain benefits in connection with the purchase of LEGO® products from www.lego-gybc.co.za or LEGO® Certified Stores in South Africa.

You can only become a member of the Brick Rewards Program if you are aged eighteen (18) years or older.
You can join the Brick Rewards Program by signing up with a Sales Associate at your local LEGO® Certified Store in South Africa or by signing up here online.
In order to join the Brick Rewards Program, you must provide LEGO® Certified Stores SA via www.lego-gybc.co.za or in-store, with the following information at the time you sign up:
- A member name (first and last name),
- A valid email address (this is what links everything together so if you have signed up in-store and wish to create an online account, or vice versa, make sure to use the same email address.
If you join the Brick Rewards Program in store, you will receive a Brick Rewards Card at that time. You will have to use the Brick Rewards Card and/or the card number to enjoy the advantages of Brick Rewards Members.
If you join the Brick Rewards Program online you will receive an email with your membership details. Your online account will be linked to your Brick Rewards in-store as long as you use the same email address online and in-store

Your membership is personal to you and you may only have one membership at the time. If we discover that you have multiple memberships of the Brick Rewards Program this will be deemed as a violation of these terms and conditions and we reserve the right to close down your accounts and you may lose your points.
The Brick Rewards Program may be used for purchases made online at www.lego-gybc.co.za and at LEGO® Certified Stores in South Africa. LEGO® Certified Stores outside of South Africa and other LEGO retailers do not participate in the Brick Rewards Program, which means Brick Rewards Points cannot be earned (or redeemed) in these locations.
Please Note that Brick Rewards discount coupons cannot be used towards any other promotion such as gift-with-purchase promotions. i.e. Rewards points cannot be redeemed for cash for the purposes of a promotion or sale item.
No, you do not earn Brick Rewards points on gift card purchases. This applies to both in-store and online.
No, it is not possible to redeem Brick Rewards Points during the same transaction in which they are earned.
No, points may not be redeemed against the purchase of gift cards (plastic or electronic). However, when you use the balance on a gift card for a purchase, you will earn Brick Rewards Points.
No, Brick Rewards Points can only be redeemed for purchases made online at www.lego-gybc.co.za and at LEGO® Certified Stores in South Africa.
No, Brick Rewards Points have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. In cases where the discount earned through redemption of Brick Rewards Points exceeds the value of the purchase, change will not be given.
No, Brick Rewards Points cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed for cash.
If you return products for refund, any points earned for the purchase will be deducted from your account balance, and any points redeemed will be added to your account balance.
If your Brick Rewards Card is lost or stolen, you must visit us in store or contact us on at playwell@thebrick.co.za for a replacement card. Please note that you will be asked security questions related to your Brick Rewards account to process your request. The lost card will be deactivated and replaced by a new one.
If you fail to meet or observe any of these Terms and Conditions, the GYBC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your Brick Rewards Membership with immediate effect.
No compensation will be offered for points earned if your Brick Rewards Membership is terminated.
GYBC reserves the right to cancel or remove points which have been issued to your account by mistake or due to a system or human error. GYBC will not tolerate knowing misuse of the system when/if an error in the number of points occurs and such misuse will lead to termination of the member's account and a ban from future use.
Yes, LEGO Certified Stores SA reserves the right to cancel or substantially modify the Brick Rewards Program at any time. If LEGO Certified Stores SA does so, you will be notified via email two (2) months prior to the cancellation of the Brick Rewards Program or substantial modifications of the Brick Rewards Program that will have a negative material impact on your ways of earning or spending points.
No, LEGO Certified Stores SA cannot be held responsible for any misuse, hacking etc. of your Brick Rewards Membership account. Further, LEGO Certified Stores SA cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from such misuse, hacking etc. The use of the Brick Rewards Membership is solely at your own risk.
If you become aware of misuse or suspected misuse of your Brick Rewards Account, you should immediately contact LEGO Certified Stores SA via playwell@thebrick.co.za or notify your local LEGO® Certified Store in South Africa.
