Click on the image or name of a product to find out a bit more about it. To add something to your order, choose the quantity you wish to purchase in the Quantity box then click the Add to Bag button.
When you’re ready to check out you can either click the View My Bag button after you’ve added an item to your cart, or you can click on the Shopping Bag button in the upper right-hand section of every page.
Once you’re happy with the contents of your Shopping Bag click on the Checkout Securely button. You will need to either login or create an account at this point.
Next, you’ll be asked for your shipping and payment information. If you proceed with the selected payment option you are making a binding offer to purchase the products you’ve added to the Shopping Bag. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction, which you might want to print for your records.
Once you have ordered your products, we will send you an automatic confirmation of receipt.
We reserve the right to hold or cancel an order without prior notice or explanation in the event of any matter arising that concerns security or is in breach of any policy or term.
We accept MasterCard and Visa for payment. You can shop with confidence from LEGO-gybc.co.za, knowing that transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption.
We also accept Samsung Pay, Capitec Pay, SnapScan, Zapper, Bank QR Codes Apps, Scan to Pay, RCS Store Cards, MoreTyme, Debit Cards, and Mobicred.
We apologise, but LEGO Certified Stores SA does not accept cheques, money orders or purchase orders.
We have a minimum transaction amount of R5 for online orders.
The credit card used for payment must be registered to the billing address in the order. The delivery address can be different from the billing address.
All shipping is free, no order minimum is required to qualify.
Yes, as per SA law a 15% VAT is already included in our displayed prices.
We ship to any location within the South Africa.
Our standard delivery time is 2 - 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after 4PM, or on weekends, or public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
We do not offer any expedited or same-day/overnight shipping delivery methods at this time.
After your order is packaged and fulfilled by our online team, you will receive an automated tracking email from us with all the relevant tracking information needed for you order. Alternatively you can head to this link and input your order number for faster tracking.

Simply send an email to orders@thebrick.co.za or playwell@thebrick.co.za with your order number and we will handle the rest.
We do our best to make sure that all prices on our website are accurate. However, errors can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we can’t contact you or if you don’t reconfirm the order we’ll treat the order as cancelled.
If you aren’t happy with anything to do with your order, please reach out to customer care/support email detailing your experience. We take feedback such as this very seriously and value all feedback that we receive.
We do our best to make every set is perfect and we take it very seriously when a faulty one sneaks through. Don't worry though, if anything is missing or broken from your set/s we can send you the pieces you need!
