How does the One In A Million promotion work?

When you spend R500 or more online, you will get a free one-of-a-kind minifigure included with your order. There is no limit to how many you can get, every order that qualifies will get a One In A Million minifigure.

I placed an order for R500 but didn't get a One In A Million minifigure?

Our standard promotional T's and C's apply, so multiple promotions cannot be applied to a single order. Meaning, orders that contain sale items or discounts will not qualify for a One In A Million minifigure.

Can I choose which One In A Million minifigure I want?

No, all One In A Million minifigures are supplied completely at random and are packaged in separate packaging so we cannot accommodate custom requests for minifigures. Any requests that are sent through via email or through your order notes will not be acknowledged.

Are the One In A Million minifigures from sets?

Each One In A Million minifigure is custom built using our assortment of Build A Minifigure (BAM) pieces that can be found in store, meaning that each individual minifigure is completely unique.

All minifigures that are featured in promotional material are purely for marketing purposes only and are not indicative of the kinds of minifigures that you can get.

I've won the Golden One In A Million keychain, what happens next?

Congratulations! Once your order gets delivered, you should receive an email from us with your online voucher details that can be used towards your next purchase.

This online voucher can only be used online and will be to the value of the final amount spent on your order that contains the Golden Minifigure. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in store.
