I don't see where to play the game?
Once you open up our site for the first time, it should display automatically. If you closed the game by mistake you will find a small clickable pop up on the left hand side of your screen. If you are still unable to access the game, open up our site using a private/incognito window in your browser and accept our browser cookies. The game should then display.

My coupon isn’t working or says it’s invalid?
Each coupon is valid for 24 hours from when you win it and may have expired. Your cart might not be over R300, or the items you’ve chosen may already be on promotion and coupons can’t be used together with other promotions.

I won something but I haven't received any email?
Vouchers sent via email can take up to 5 minutes to be delivered due to high volumes so hang tight, and your voucher will be sent to you soon.

I can’t see my prize in my cart?
Don’t worry! Once your coupon is accepted, your free Gift, BrickHeadz, Keychain or Merchandise prize is added on our backend and will ship with your order. It won’t appear in your online cart.

Where do I enter my code?
Add items to your bag (make sure your total is R300 or more). Go to “My Bag” and choose your delivery method (Free Delivery or Click and Collect). At checkout, look for the field labeled “gift card or discount code” and paste your prize code there.

How does the BrickHeadz coupon work?
If you’re already buying BrickHeadz, entering the BrickHeadz prize code won’t discount those items. Instead, you’ll get an extra surprise FREE LEGO BrickHeadz added to your order.
